Guide for Businesses Offering Product Sales and Installation Services
This guide applies to businesses such as tyre shops, tinted shops, accessory shops, workshops, battery shops and other vendors that both sell products and provide installation services.
Important: Two Separate Registrations Required
If your business wants to sell products and also be listed as an Installation Panel, you must create two separate XPARTS accounts using two different email addresses.

The same email address cannot be used for both accounts.

The same company name, SSM details and business information may be used where applicable, but each account must have its own email address.
Registration 1: Seller Account
Register as a Seller if your business wants to upload and sell products such as:
- Tyres and rims
- Automotive accessories
- Tinted-film products
- Batteries
- Spare parts
- Lubricants
- Hardware or related products
Seller Registration Details
- Registration is free.
- Sellers may upload products through the Seller Portal.
- All product orders, payments and transactions must be completed through XPARTS.
- Shop addresses, telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, QR codes, social-media details or external links must not be displayed in product listings.
- Listings that contain direct contact information may be edited, rejected, hidden or removed by XPARTS.
- Seller registration is subject to verification and approval.
Registration 2: Installation Panel Account
Register separately as an Installation Panel if your business provides services such as:
- Tyre fitting, balancing and alignment
- Car tinting
- Battery installation
- Spare-parts installation
- Car accessories installation
- Vehicle servicing and repairs
- Car wash or detailing
- Painting and body repair
- Motorcycle repairs
- Other related installation or workshop services
Installation Panel Registration Details
- Subscription fee: RM88 for one year.
- A different email address must be used.
- Your business profile may display approved contact and location information.
- Customers can find your shop and contact you directly.
- Service prices, appointments and payments are arranged directly between the customer and the Installation Panel.
- XPARTS does not collect commission from installation-service payments unless otherwise stated.
- Registration and listing activation are subject to verification and subscription payment.
Recommended Registration Order
- Prepare two active email addresses.
- Register the first account as a Seller.
- Complete the Seller profile and submit the required business information.
- Verify the Seller account through the registered email.
- Upload products after the account has been approved.
- Log out from the Seller account.
- Register again using the second email address.
- Select Installation Panel as the registration type.
- Complete the panel profile, service categories and business location.
- Pay the RM88 annual subscription fee.
- Submit the Installation Panel registration for verification and activation.
Important Reminder
A Seller account and an Installation Panel account serve different purposes:
- The Seller account is for selling products through XPARTS.
- The Installation Panel account is for promoting installation or workshop services and allowing customers to contact the panel directly.
Businesses offering both services should complete both registrations to receive full exposure on XPARTS.
