1. Vendor Registration
• All vendors must be legally registered with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia)
• Vendors are required to provide accurate business, banking, and tax details
• Vendor accounts are subject to approval by the Xparts onboarding team

2. Product Listing Requirements
• Listings must include clear product names, specifications, prices, and photos
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining updated inventory
• Misleading or false listings will result in warnings or delisting

3. Order Fulfillment
• Vendors must process orders promptly and confirm shipment within the given timeline
• Repeated delays or non-fulfillment may result in account suspension
• Vendors must coordinate with Xparts p-hailing logistics team when delivery is platform-handled

4. Return & Refund Obligations
• Vendors must respond to return/refund requests within 3-7 working days
• Vendors are required to honor eligible returns based on the Xparts Return Policy
• In cases of disputes, Xparts reserves the right to mediate and enforce fair resolutions

5. Performance Monitoring
Vendor performance is monitored based on:
• Order fulfillment rates
• Customer reviews and complaints
• Response times for returns, inquiries, or disputes
Poor performance may result in:
• Temporary listing suspension
• Lower search visibility
• Permanent removal from the platform

6. Code of Conduct
Vendors must:
• Conduct business ethically and professionally
• Respect buyer confidentiality and privacy
• Comply with Malaysian business laws, SST obligations, and platform terms

7. Commission & Fees
• Xparts charges a commission on every sale (rate to be specified in vendor agreement)
• Promotions, ad placements, or exclusive features may incur separate fees

8. Termination
Xparts reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access if:
• Terms are violated
• Fraud or manipulation is detected
• There is consistent negative feedback or non-performance
