Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Xparts is committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes the process simple, fair, and in line with Malaysia’s Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012.

2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
You received the wrong product
You changed your mind (at the vendor’s discretion, subject to approval)
To be eligible:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
Electrical or electronic components
Custom or special-order items
Items marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”

4. Return Process
1. Log into your Xparts account and go to My Orders
2. Click Request Return on the relevant order
3. Provide reason and attach photos (if applicable)
4. Await approval from the vendor (within 3 to 7 working days)
5. Ship the item back to the vendor or arrange pickup (as advised)

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and approved
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 7- 14 working days after return approval

6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to vendor error or product defect: Return shipping is covered by the vendor
If it's a change of mind: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
